An Iowa City man has entered an Alford Plea to sexually abusing a child in Charles City, according to KIMT. 32 year old James Teel was arrested after having sexual contact with the child in the bathroom of a Charles City business. He entered the plea to one count of second degree sexual abuse. By entering the Alford Plea, Teel does not admit guilt but concedes there is enough evidence to convict him. He will be sentenced on December 6th.
