The reconstruction of the alley north of Bremer Avenue and between 4th St NW and 5th St NW in Waverly is slated to begin Monday. While work continues, vehicles will not have access to the alley including those housed in adjacent parking spots or garages. The new alley surface is expected to be completed by mid-October. Since the alley will be inaccessible to garbage and recycling pickup, those that utilize that alley are asked to label and place cans at either end of the alley.
