A third person has been arrested in a baseball bat and ice scraper attack in March, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Authorities say 19 year old Joylyn Kopp was wielding the ice scraper on March 20th while Iliyah Kuykendall swung a baseball bat at the victim’s head and Kuykendall’s mother, Marsia Anderson, choked the victim. The victim was able to block the blow of the bat suffering injuries to her arm and neck. She was also cut by the ice scraper. She was treated for her injuries at a hospital emergency room. Kopp has been charged with Assault With Intent to Commit Serious Injury.
