A second person has been arrested for a robbery in Cedar Falls in which the victim was shot, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 18 year old Megan Palmer has been charged with first degree Robbery and second degree Burglary. Her brother, 17 year old Alberto Quinto, was arrested for his role in the robbery just days prior. They are accused of robbing William Clausen outside his home in September. When Clausen tried to run away he was shot in the thigh. The robbers took a TV and an Xbox, among other items. SnapChat messages were found in which Palmer discussed the crime and GPS information placed her phone at the location of the crime. During a search of Palmer and Quinto’s home Palmer also allegedly threw a chair at police, for which she faces Assault charges. Her bond is set at $412,000.
