A man has been arrested in Kansas in connection to a shooting outside a Waterloo strip club in August, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 30 year old Larry Phillips was detained back in December in Wichita. Marshals found a gun and narcotics at the time of his arrest. He was allegedly involved in a shooting outside Flirts Gentlemen’s Club on August 21st in which one person was shot in the hand. He has been charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
