Waterloo Police have made an arrest in a murder from 2022, according to KWWL. 50 year old Luttreal Allen has been charged with second degree Murder. He is accused of assaulting 71 year old Ibrahim Lagumdzic at Hometown Foods on March 7th of 2022. Lagumdzic would then die from his injuries at a hospital. The investigation remains ongoing, however.
