Two people have been arrested for allegedly vandalizing three schools in Cedar Falls in early September, according to KWWL. Police have arrested 20 year old Malakai Adelmund and a juvenile. They both have been charged with multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, including Arson and Criminal Mischief. Police say that on September 3rd the pair attempted to set a wood pallet on fire inside an outbuilding at Cedar Ridge Christian School, the old Cedar Falls High School. That same day they allegedly vandalized an electrical outlet and camera on the exterior of Holmes Junior High. They also allegedly set a fire on the playground at Hansen Elementary damaging the plastic fencing and the playground equipment.
