Waterloo Police have made arrests in connection to the shooting death a man last weekend, according to KWWL. 49 year old Vincent Hemenway was rushed to the hospital after being shot sometime before midnight on August 15th. His death was ruled a homicide. 29 year old Ralpheal Williams was arrested on unrelated warrants before being charged with 1st degree robbery in connection to the Hemenway death. 24 year old Ana Berinobis McLemore was also charged with 1st degree robbery. During the investigation 31 year old Robert Williams Jr was arrested in connection with two other shootings. He was charged with possession of a firearm as a felon, willful injury and attempted murder for the shooting of Tony Campbell on July 31st. He also was charged with possession of a firearm as a felon and intimidation with a weapon for his involvement in a shooting on August 2nd, that investigation is still ongoing. All three individuals are currently being held in the Black Hawk County Jail.
