A West Union man has been arrested and charged with two counts of Assault with the Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office executed a search of the home of 33 year old Kyle Wurzer. That search led to the arrest of Wurzer, although it is unclear what evidence was found. The details of the alleged assault have also not been made public. Wurzer was taken to the Fayette County Jail.
