A 22-month-old boy is dead after an accident involving a tanker truck on the Fairbank-Amish Blvd near Fairbank Saturday morning. The sheriff’s office Samuel Helmuth ran out in front of the truck and it struck him, killing him.The man driving the truck didn’t see him because of a blind spot. The sheriff’s office says the crash appears to be an accident.
