Waverly Police have arrested a man they allege burglarized the Beach House. Police were called to the Beach House in downtown Waverly around 8:15 Thursday morning. After they conducted their investigation that included several search warrants they arrested 45 year old Jerry Hoge of Waverly. He has been charged with 3rd degree Burglary. He was taken to the Bremer County Jail. Police say additional charges are pending.
