A motorcyclist was killed after being hit by a semi in Floyd County Wednesday. The Iowa State Patrol says that 66 year old Ruby Golnick of Garner was on a Kawasaki motorcycle when she pulled out in front of a semi driven by a 24 year old man from Caledon, Ontario, Canada. Golnick was killed in the crash. The semi driver was uninjured. The accident happened along Highway 18 eastbound at mile marker 211.
