Governor Kim Reynolds has issued a disaster proclamation for Black Hawk County in response to severe storms that hit the area on September 30th, according to KWWL. The proclamation allows state resources to help with response and recovery efforts. It also triggers the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program and the Disaster Case Advocacy Program.
