Waterloo Police have confirmed that they have pulled a body from the Cedar River, according to KWWL. They pulled the body out of the river Monday around 2:15 in the afternoon. Police were initially alerted to a report of a Hispanic male floating in the river on Friday night but were unable to locate him at that point. They recovered a shirt from the shore, thought to belong to the man. His name has not yet been released, pending family notification.
