Waterloo Police have charged a 13 year old boy with stealing a gun out of a car on Monday, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. The gun was reported stolen on Monday and then on Tuesday police received a complaint about a teenager on a bicycle with a gun. When they found the teen, he allegedly hid the gun. He has received several charges including Burglary to a Vehicle in juvenile court.
