The Bremer Avenue Reconstruction Project will resume Wednesday. The canopy in the 200 block will be removed starting Monday, April 2nd. Local traffic should turn north or south at First Street East to access downtown businesses and other areas from First Avenue Northeast and First Avenue Southeast. City public parking lots are marked on both the north and south sides of downtown and most merchants have back entrances. There will be no parking on either side of Bremer from First Street East to Eighth Street East.
