Black Hawk County Health Department has said that the county is in what they call a moderate threat level with COVID-19.
Bremer County Health Department Administrator Lindley Sharp shares the Bremer County threat level.
Given that threat level Sharp says people need to take in account their risk factors when making plans. She says she feels comfortable doing things like eating out at this time.
