One of the Bremwood escapees accused of holding a 15 year old girl hostage and repeatedly sexually assaulting her in a tree-house in Waverly has pleaded not guilty, according to KWWL. 17 year old Chad Chapline entered the plea to two counts of Second Degree Sexual Abuse and one count of False Imprisonment. Chapline and a 15 year old boy allegedly took turns holding the girl down and covering her mouth while repeatedly sexually assaulting her and threatening her with a knife between May 14th and the 15th. The 15 year old is currently being held in the Eldora Juvenile Center and is awaiting the outcome of a hearing on if he will be tried as an adult.
