The 7th Street Bridge in Janesville will open Friday, December 15th. The project to replace the bridge spanning the Cedar River began on January 3rd. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony and a short parade at 2:00 p.m. to celebrate this historic event. The public is invited to take part in the celebration.
