Waterloo Police have arrested four people in connection with an investigation into 15 long guns taken during a home burglary earlier this month, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. The Violent Crime Apprehension Team executed search warrants at three homes on Monday evening. 53 year old Christopher Tobar has been charged with third degree Burglary, Trafficking in Stolen Firearms and two counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm. 36 year old Elvis Puric has been charged with second degree Theft, third degree Burglary, and Trafficking Stolen Firearms. 62 year old Daniel McNelly has been charged with third degree Burglary, Trafficking Stolen Firearms, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Possession of an Offensive Weapon. 39 year old Amanda Frisbey has been charged with third degree Burglary and Trafficking Stolen Weapons. During the searches police allegedly found guns taken in the burglary, a pipe bomb in McNelly’s room, a marijuana plant and THC vape cartridges in Puric’s home, and firearms, rare coins, and other items taken during a December burglary.
