Police are looking for the suspects they believe tried to rob a woman in Cedar Falls early Saturday morning. It happened at approximately 6:28 a.m. in the 1100 block of Washington Street. According to Cedar Falls police, the victim reported she was outside cleaning her car when she was approached by two men. One suspect produced a silver handgun and demanded money from her. Police said she did not have any money or valuables with her. The suspects then ran away without taking anything from the victim. The woman was not injured. One suspect is described as an skinny African-American man while the second suspect is described as a heavy-set African American man.
