A Cedar Falls man has been arrested after a warrant was issued for his arrest in July, according KIMT. 37 year old James Vilmain is accused of racking up nearly $3,500 in charges on two cards belonging to Charles City company C.H. Wilson Transport after he was fired. The company says that Vilmain was fired May 1 for unspecified reasons. Authorities say there is surveillance video that shows Vilmain making some of the purchases at the time and places the fraudulent charges took place. Vilmain was arrested on Wednesday after being pulled over on the Avenue of the Saints in Floyd County. He has been officially charged with unauthorized use of a credit card.
