A Cedar Rapids man was arrested for OWI after his vehicle was hit by gunfire in Waterloo early Sunday morning. Police were called to the 200 block of Cottage Street just after 3:00 a.m. Sunday where witnesses said someone in a vehicle had fired shots at another car. Officers later noticed a Chrysler 200 drive past with bullet holes a short time later. They pulled the car over and found five bullet holes in the vehicle. They also found an empty bottle in the front passenger seat. 27 year old Michael Quodale was arrested and charged with second offense OWI. His bond was set at $2,000. Suspects in the shooting have been arrested. No injuries were reported.
