Monday, January 15th is Caucus Day. Despite the frigid temperatures voters will be asked to come out, and on the Republican side at least, decide who the presidential nominee should be. Republicans will gather to not only select a nominee but also the platforms that they believe are the most important. The Democrats will not be selecting a nominee, that will be done via mail-in ballots. You can request one by visiting the party’s website. Democrats will gather however to discuss unbound and alternate delegates and vote on platform resolutions. Everybody can find their caucus location on their county website.
