Beginning Tuesday the intersection of West 23rd Street and Campus Street in Cedar Falls will be closed so that the contractor can complete phase three of the West 23rd Street Reconstruction Project. The closure will be in effect for approximately 12 weeks, weather permitting. There will be a marked detour.
