According to an e-mail from the Waverly Health Center Board of Trustees Chair Susan Vallem, CEO Jim Atty has given his notice to resign his position as he and his family will be relocating from the community to pursue other opportunities. Atty had been with the Waverly Health Center for 6 and a half years as CEO. The board has appointed Heidi Solheim interim CEO. Atty will remain offsite and be involved in finalizing a smooth transition of any outstanding items within his remaining time at WHC.
Meanwhile the Waverly Health Center’s building project is moving along as work on the interior is happening.
