A Cedar Falls man who ran from police in April has been apprehended, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 22 year old Titus Sarwah led police on a chase that reached speeds of 120mph on April 4th after officers noticed his taillights were not operational. Sarwah crashed at the Greenhill Road exit on Highway 218. He ran from the scene. Police found his cell phone and a small bag of marijuana in the car. Sarwah has been charged with Eluding, Interference, and Possession of Marijuana. He also was cited for several traffic violations. His bond has been set at $5,000.
