A Cedar Falls man has been arrested for allegedly threatening the person delivering him marijuana with an airsoft gun. Around 10 Saturday night Cedar Falls Police met with the victim who said she delivered marijuana to 106 W. 11th Street, apartment 2. An argument erupted in which the suspect, 28 year old Thomas Wells, allegedly pulled a gun from is waistband and made threats to the woman. She was able to leave the area without further incident. Police searched the apartment and found a black Sig Sauer airsoft gun, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana. Wells has been charged with 3rd degree Harassment, Assault, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana. The victim is not facing any charges at this point.
