A Cedar Falls man awaiting trial in a case in which he fired guns after someone threw an item at his home, was arrested for threatening a couple with another gun over the weekend, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 22 year old Arden Hall was charged with first degree harassment and two counts of assault while displaying a weapon on Sunday. Officers were called to Horizon Towers around 5:40 Sunday evening on a report that a man pointed a pistol at a man and a woman and threatened them before leaving in a car. Police later located the vehicle and found Hall and another person inside as well as a 9mm handgun. Back in September Hall allegedly fired a .410 shotgun and a .357 revolver hitting a Jeep Grand Cherokee parked nearby after things were thrown at his home. He has asked the court for those items back, but a decision has been put on hold.
