A Cedar Falls man has been found guilty of having sex with a teenage boy, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 38 year old Brittyn Nagel denied that any sexual contact took place between he and the 15 year old boy he allegedly met online. Nagel also argued that the boy had said he was 21 before saying he was 18. Nagel’s DNA was found in the boy’s underwear and on his body. Nagel also likely knew the boy’s age because he had coached the boy’s baseball team and had the team picture on his phone and on his refrigerator. The two met at the Hoing-Rice Softball complex where they had sex in the back of Nagel’s vehicle. Nagel was found guilty of third degree Sexual Abuse and Enticing a Minor. He will be sentenced at a later date.
