A Cedar Falls man has taken a plea deal after being accused of groping a paramedic in the back of an ambulance, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 46 year old Dustan Devries had called 911 on the night o August 8th, 2025 while he was dealing with alcohol withdrawal. While a female medic attempted to obtain his vitals, Devries repeatedly touched her arm. When she pushed his hand away and told him to stop, he grabbed for her vagina. Devries was originally charged with third degree Sexual Abuse but took a plea deal which saw him plead to Assault on a Healthcare Worker. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $855. A restraining order was also put in place for five years.
