The second of three sentences has been handed down in the case of a Charles City burglary, according to KIMT. 22 year old Joshua Collings of Rudd was given two years of supervised probation after pleading guilty to attempted third degree burglary. Collings was among three men who broke into a building in the 800 block of 4th Street on June 20, 2019 and stole $1,500 worth of items. One of the other men, 27 year old Zebulon Rosendahl of Charles City was sentenced to three years of supervised probation after pleading guilty to third degree burglary. The third man, 30 year old Nathan Fisher, also of Charles City, has pleaded guilty to second degree theft. He will be sentenced on May 18th.
