A Rudd man has been arrested and charged with the burglary of a building in Charles City, according to KIMT. 21 year old Joshua Collings was arrested on Tuesday after being accused of breaking into a building in the 800 block of 4th Street in Charles City back in June. Law Enforcement says he was found with over $1,500 in stolen property from that burglary. It is unclear what those items actually were. Collings was booked into the Floyd County Jail where he is being held on $10,000 bond.
