A Charles City man has been arrested after allegedly breaking into an apartment back in April, according to KIMT. 30 year old Buddy Skowron Jr. is accused of unscrewing the peep hole to the door of an apartment and then using a pocket knife to unlatch and open the door while the deadbolt was still engaged. He is also accused of threatening the occupant of the apartment. Skowron was found outside the apartment building with the peep hole in his possession. He was booking into the Floyd County Jail on $10,000 bond.
