A Charles City man has been arrested after allegedly having inappropriate contact with two minors, according to KIMT. 40 year old Shane Davis has been charged with lascivious acts with a child and indecent contact with a child. Davis is accused of having sexual contact with the children in July or August of this year. He is currently being held in the Floyd County Jail on a $12,000 bond. If he is found guilty on both charges he could spend over a decade in prison.
