A Charles City man has been arrested and charged with Homicide by Vehicle for a crash that killed a Mason City man on July 25th, according to KIMT. 58 year old Timothy Hoy was arrested Thursday night. He is accused of crossing the center line on July 25th and striking a vehicle driven by 41 year old Steven Miles head on. Miles died in the crash. Hoy’s blood alcohol level was measured at .179. He is being held in the Cerro Gordo County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
