A Charles City man has been convicted of sexually abusing a child on at least two occasions, according to KIMT. 38 year old Charles Fisher was arrested in March and accused of having sex with a child under the age of 10 in June of 2023 and sexually abusing a child under the age of 10 in January of this year. He pleaded not guilty to second degree Sexual Abuse and Lascivious Acts With a Child but was convicted of both crimes after a three day trial. He will be sentenced on February 3rd.
