A Charles City man accused of sexually abusing a child has pleaded not guilty, according to KIMT. 59 year old Ronald Stewart is facing four counts of third degree sex abuse. Authorities say he had sexual contact with an underage victim multiple times over the course of 20 months. It is unclear how he knew his alleged victim. Stewart is scheduled to go to trial on December 7th.
