A Charles City man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to Child Endangerment Causing Bodily Injury, according to KIMT. 23 year old Ezekiel Larson was watching his then four month old son on September 6th when the baby suffered a severe head injury. Larson and the baby’s mother Madison Geerts failed to get the baby medical help, despite him throwing up and not eating or sleeping for four days. Larson has been sentenced to up to five years in state prison. Earlier Geerts was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.
