Two Charles City men have pleaded not guilty after being charged in a violent home invasion, according to KIMT. 20 year old Chriz Richard and 18 year old Booker Wilder-Kapping are both facing a first degree burglary charge after they allegedly broke into an apartment on February 6th. During the break in an occupant of the apartment was assaulted and a safe was stolen. Richard and Wilder-Kapping are scheduled to go to trial on May 11th. A third man thought to have also been involved in the break in has not yet been charged in the case.
