Two Charles City men who were caught allegedly stealing a 1947 International Panel Wagon will go to trial after they both pleaded not guilty, according to KIMT. 52 year old Danny Dickhoff and 44 year old Jeremy Scott will be tried in Worth County on second degree Theft charges. Investigators say the men were caught trying to free up the brakes on the Panel Wagon on June 23rd. Marks were visible on the road and in a field from where the vehicle had been dragged away.
