A 17 year old from Charles City will be prosecuted as an adult for allegedly setting a train car on fire, according to KIMT. Charles Armstrong Jr was one of three males that went on a crime spree on the morning of March 23, according to police. In addition to the train car being set ablaze, several car windows in a storage lot were damaged. The fire caused more than $1,500 in damage. Armstrong is set to go to trial on September 29th.
