Waterloo Police are investigating the alleged robbery of a convenience store on Christmas Day, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to the West Side Convenience Store shortly before 8:00 p.m. on Christmas. The suspect had jumped over the counter and began grabbing vape cartridges. He then lifted his shirt, alluding to the fact he had a weapon, when the clerk tried to stop him. The suspect then fled the scene. That suspect has not yet been named.
