On February 15, 2024, at 05:39 PM, Cedar Falls Fire Rescue was dispatched to a commercial building fire at 4421 Hudson Road. Dispatch received multiple calls of flames and smoke coming from the church that is currently under construction. Fire crews arriving on scene found heavy fire and smoke on the East side of the building. Fire crews extinguished the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
