The City of Janesville reported Thursday that they were experiencing phone issues at City Hall. Calls were not coming through to them. They say they do not have a timeline for when the issue might be resolved. They suggest if you need to get ahold of them to email them at [email protected] or send them a message on the City Facebook page.
