The old Red Fox Inn was purchased by the city of Waverly. The city is looking to sell the property and two main bidders have risen to the top.
One would turn the East building into a residential building while keeping the front structure a hotel.
Mayor Adam Hoffman shares about the other bid.
Both bids would retain the restaurant, bar and pool area. The Waverly City Council will discuss these offers tonight at 7:00.
