The city of Waterloo will hold their annual Citywide Clean-up “Buck” Day on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. During this time citizens of Waterloo can dispose of a limit of three household appliances, tires, televisions, computers, furniture, lawn furniture, clothing, bedding, scrap lumber, other building materials, carpet, housewares, toys, bicycles, and gas powered equipment at 3505 Easton Avenue. Each vehicle will be charged $2 plus an extra $1 for each major appliance and $4 for each tire. Items that will not be accepted include normal garbage, hazardous materials, paint, liquids, batteries, propane gas tanks, tractor or semi tires, and yard waste.
