Federal prosecutors say they will pursue charges against a Clarksville man accused of soliciting nude pictures from teenage girls, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 31 year old Cody Blue is being held on one count each of Sexual Exploitation of a Child and Possession of Child Pornography. Blue allegedly would contact teenage girls on SnapChat pretending to be a teenage boy and would request nude photos. In one case he is accused of threatening to expose the girl if she broke off contact with him. Blue is already on parole for a charge of Lascivious Acts with a Child after he was found with a 14 year old girl in a car in a cemetery in Clayton County in 2019. His trial has tentatively been set for March.
