A Clarksville man has been arrested on several drug and alcohol related charges. The Clarksville Police Department says they were notified of an erratic driver on Halloween. They were able to stop the vehicle as it entered Clarksville on C33. After a brief investigation the driver, 27 year old Mitchell Kelderman, of Clarksville, was taken into custody. He has been charged with possession of methamphetamine 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and OWI 2nd offense.
