A Clarksville man has been arrested and charged with multiple sexual abuse charges, according to KIMT. 40 year old Joshua Knutson is being held on four counts of second degree sexual abuse and one count of incest. The crimes date back more than a decade with them allegedly taking place between 2009 and 2012. These alleged sexual crimes involved at least one juvenile victim. Knutson will be arraigned on October 26th in Floyd County.
